I got my money back and an apology. I greatly appreciate that.
It seemed to be miscommunication between staff. I get that, being I also work somewhere in which shift change totally messes stuff up.
I suggest improving that by keeping notes in people's profiles. That worked well with my other bank.
They keep immediately closing my case appeals for my disputes. Customer support is still impossible. The last person I who actually answered my email was rude and passive aggresive.
Note, I live in Wisconsin. I've never been to California and don't have Uber Eats, which I did tell my bank. Immediately after the first charge, another Uber Eats charge for $47.30 was approved, followed by another Uber Eats charge for $46.20. Within 1 minute of each other, and in the same location.
I received text messages from Branch when this happened, alerting me of fraud, saying they denied the charges. The charges went through. I started a claim the morning of the 8th. All three charges went through.
I was only given provisional credits for the $35.45 charge, while my other two charges were denied. They claim the first one wasn't me, yet the next two were??? How does that make sense! I provided them with proof of the fraud alert text where it claimed to have denied ALL THREE charges and that I responded it wasn't me playing the orders.
I filed an appeal with immense evidence and was immediately denied, with ZERO investigation! Someone in the support email said to call, I tried everyday for weeks and the AI bot named Alex said I wasn't "allowed" to talk to with a real worker regarding my concerns. The email workers say to call, and the call bot says to email. I have been dealing with this, trying to contact this company for 2 weeks!
I even provided evidence I was at Mcdonalds in my Wisconsin during the time these food orders in California were placed. I am only one of many Branch customers experiencing this!
They are awful and could care less about their customers. They kept changing who was "on my case" in the dispute email thread, all giving different phone numbers that don't work.

Bank said I had to resolve it with Branch but contacting them is impossible especially to talk to the Fraud dept.

I only got to speak with an agent once to take my report, but I can't even speak with anyone in the fraud department. They only contact you by email. They said it was my fault and I did it with my own biometrics. Even though I had the card canceled, Uber is still sending money to this closed card from my account, and I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone at Branch after trying for a week.
This card is issued by Evolve Bank, and it's a Mastercard, but they say they don't take responsibility for this and that I need to contact Branch. How could Mastercard even partner with a scam company like Branch and not even help resolve this? You can't give these people your golden name of Mastercard and let them tarnish it. Branch has no right to even have this responsibility of access to people's accounts and private info if they can't even support the card.
Evolve Bank, which is a partner with Branch, was trying to be helpful, but they even told me I need to deal with Branch for the Uber Pro card. Even Uber won't take responsibility for this. Uber support says sorry, call Branch. So now I'm out a lot of money, and more was even taken after I filed the report.
The only two times I even spoke with someone, I couldn't even understand them, and they were reading a script.
How do you have debit card support with the Mastercard name on it, and you can't even speak well or speak fluent English? I think Mastercard and Evolve Bank should revoke Branch's right to issue this card.

Unacceptable timeframe to release funds from a deposit provided at a hotel stay

I have yet to speak with a real person. It has been over a week now that my new account has been locked and it prevents me getting instant pay for my nursing shifts!
I first sent an email with all information and they closed it without fixing any issue! It's ridiculous!
